Groups can be self-organized (teammates, friends, family members). All players should be relatively similar in skill level for optimal training.
While we recommend similar skill levels, we can adapt drills and provide progressions/regressions to challenge each player appropriately. However, extremely wide skill gaps may reduce training effectiveness.
Absolutely! Group sessions can be position-specific (all setters, all middles) or mixed positions for team play development.
